This is a top-tier tool bag and the exorbitant price reflects this. But, you have to pay to get the best and this is the best. It is my second Veto product (first was XXL bag) and I find them to be so far superior to alternative products from Home Depot and Lowes that I ended up buying a second one.

I bought this to use every day as an electrician and while I really appreciate how well it's made I do have one major gripe. The pockets are too shallow and too many of then are too small to be useful. All my 4 inch screwdrivers have a tendancy to fall out and the 6 inch shank screwdrivers don't fit at all. On the large pocket side the three pockets are all the same size and once again too shallow. I think if the pockets didn't get sewn tight at the bottom it would help. I also wish one of them was large enough to hold my Ideal voltage tester!
On the plus side the handle is very comfortable and the overall size is perfect. I will keep it and when it's time for a new one will look to see if any improvements have been made.

I've been through 4 crappy tool bags in the last 4 years. I only wish I had stumbled upon this tool bag years ago. Its large mouth, compact in size, and a heavenly cushy shoulder strap. Yeah its a bit heavy, but thats not dead weight, thats the feeling of toting your pliers, screwguns, and hammer in a nice ride. I tell you, once you try or at least come look at my new tool bag, you'll throw yours out and never look back. The other reviews are right, this tool bag is a conversation stopper. "Woah, thats some tool bag you got there!"
I do wish the foot print were a little shorter in length and a little shorter in width. I really like the hard plastic shell on the bottom. It'd be nice if it had a built in rain fly too. I've struggled to keep the tape measure clipped to the outside. It tends to get bumped off when I sling the tool bag over my shoulder.
