These are great running tights. They keep me warm in the winter. I'm not sure if the compression makes me recover faster, but the tights are comfortable. I would recommend them for cold weather runners.

I am a firm believer of this product. I bought them due to bad knee pains and IT band issues. I could not run more than 2 miles due to the knee pain in preparation for my marathons. I just bought them and I quickly noticed the difference. I was able to run longer and keep a good hard pace. After the run my legs felt great and my knees did not bother me as much. They were a bit hot in warmer weather but rather be a bit hot than limping and in pain. My legs felt great after my runs and greatly reduced the pain. I might run in them for my upcoming marathon due to the chronic knee problems. I am going to buy more of these for my winter training in the cold chicago weather!

I'm very happy with the price, the support and warmth these provide. I've been running outside 18 - 31 degrees F out and absolutely love these. I agree with others comments that wearing these during and after runs seems to help with muscle fatigue and soreness.
